I've been a licensed REALTOR® since 2004, but in many ways, real estate has always been part of my life. My mom, Jo Ann Steen, was a respected South Delta REALTOR®, and some of my earliest memories are delivering her flyers on my bike and proudly placing "Sold" stickers on her signs.

South Delta has always been home. I grew up in Tsawwassen, and after university and years of travelling, I knew there was no better place to return to and raise my own family. The same things that made this community special when I was young-its welcoming neighbourhoods, outstanding schools, beautiful beaches, and strong sense of community are the reasons I still love living and working here today.

My family has deep roots in South Delta. My dad, Bill Steen, was a familiar face in South Delta Minor Hockey, while I spent much of my childhood in the pool, eventually earning a place on the Canadian National Swim Team. Today, I still enjoy everything our community has to offer, from walking the beaches and trails to supporting local businesses and community events.

Clients often describe me as calm, honest, and dependable. Real estate can be emotional and sometimes overwhelming, and my job is to make the process feel easier. I stay one step ahead, communicate openly, and guide you through every stage with experience, transparency, and care.

After more than 20 years helping buyers and sellers throughout South Delta, I've built strong local connections and an in-depth understanding of our neighbourhoods and market.
